We are thrilled to introduce Patricia Frisch as our GeoSolutions Services Manager, playing a pivotal role in advancing Major Drilling’s innovations, data and intelligence platforms, orebody imagining and geophysical tools. Patricia’s extensive background as a geologist and mineral resource manager directly aligns with our mission to deliver cutting-edge geological services and innovative solutions alongside our drills to our clients.
Patricia brings a wealth of career experience, including over 14 years at mining companies such as Barrick Gold Corporation and Freeport-McMoRan, that is already shaping ways to significantly enhance our offerings.
Currently, Major Drilling’s GeoSolutions platform offers trailblazing capabilities such as real-time geological data access sourced at the drill, enabling immediate decision-making and enhanced operational efficiency. With the recent addition of our drillside imaging unit, now taking images of core at the drillside, we’re delivering high-resolution visual analysis on-site, streamlining geological interpretation with the use of Artificial Intelligence, and supporting rapid, informed responses throughout every stage of exploration. With her knowledge and insight, Patricia is ready to support our customers as they unlock the advantages that complement our specialized drilling projects.

With almost 30 years of geologic experience, Patricia’s command of advanced geologic software and database systems will enhance our capacity to offer integrated, data-driven solutions. Having managed large-scale mineral projects, she brings a strategic perspective on integrating AI and data analytics into exploration and development, a cornerstone of our GeoSolutions approach. Her experience bridges the gap between innovative technology and practical field application, ensuring that the GeoSolutions platform remains both forward-thinking and grounded in real-world mining excellence.
