2. Celebrating 30 Years in Argentina & Mexico

Branch operations in Argentina and Mexico marked three decades of excellence in 2025. These milestones highlight enduring partnerships, trusted leadership, and commitment to supporting mining projects in two of Latin America’s most important mineral regions.

3. Record-Low TRIFR and Branch Safety Wins

Safety remained at the heart of everything Major Drilling teams are trained to do. The company achieved the lowest Total Recordable Incident Frequency Rate (TRIFR) in its 45-year history—0.74. Branch-level highlights included exceptional safety performance in the Philippines and Canada, where percussive drilling teams delivered outstanding results without compromising safety.

4. Reaching an All-Time High of 6,000 Employees

Major Drilling’s workforce grew to over 6,000 employees worldwide, reflecting the ability to attract and retain top talent while expanding operations to meet global demand for exploration and drilling services.

This is punctuated by recognition in Coring magazine for most diamond drilling meters drilled, which only possible through the hard work of each team member.

5. Rolling Out the First Drillside Imaging Unit

Major Drilling’s strategic partnership with innovation experts KORE GeoSystems and DGI Geoscience reached a major milestone with the deployment of the first Drillside Imaging Unit at the Tocantinzinho gold project in Brazil. This agile drilling innovation delivers real-time core imaging and AI-assisted logging right at the rig site, setting a new standard for digital drilling workflows.
